Most of the workout routines are composed of eight exercises with three sets for each exercise. There are approximately 30-40 seconds of rest time between each set. If you need more time between sets, simply pause your mp3 player. If you want to skip a particular set of exercises, simply fast forward until you get to the next exercise. Print out the corresponding pdf workout routine sheet as a reference to which order the exercise are arranged, and to take notes as to how much weight you use and your daily progress.
